Even though our specialty is smoked meats available straight from our mobile smoker to your guests, we are not limited to just smoked meats. We also offer an extensive menu from sides, appetizers to entrees, and everything in between. We also take dietary restrictions and allergies seriously, and can accommodate any special requests you may have.
One of the unique services we offer is our on-site mobile grill/smoker. This means that we can set up on-site, allowing us to cook and prepare fresh meals for your guests right then and there. This provides a truly unique and memorable experience for everyone involved.
